Graduate Trainee Scheme, Singapore

The Scheme

The Graduate Trainee Scheme is an intensive six month training programme, during which you will receive all the tools and training you need to become a 360 degree Recruitment Consultant.

You will receive training from Directors, Team Leaders and Senior Consultants every month during the six month period. Upon graduation, you will receive further training to assist you in the transition to becoming a consultant.  

About you

First three months:

You will start by looking at candidate recruitment – learning learning how to find, assess and register candidates, briefing them on relevant jobs and setting up their interviews.

Second three months:

In the second three months the focus will be on client side activity, you will learn about effective business development, client visits, taking job briefs and presenting candidates. Plus you will learn how to negotiate fees and agree Terms and Conditions.

During first six months you will be a ‘Researcher’, then you will graduate to a fully fledged 360 degree Recruitment Consultant.

You will continue to receive coaching, development and support from the experienced recruiters within your team.

All based at our fabulous offices opposite the buzz of Club St and overlooking the dynamic CBD.

What are the pay and benefits?

You will enjoy a base salary of S$3000-S$4000. After your 6 months’ initial training, you will be eligible for significant OTE.

Once you bill over $60k, the percentage you are eligible for will increase from 20% to 25%.

With a team based in HK, we can successfully recruit right across the APAC region and as such will find it very useful if you speak any Asian languages – make sure you highlight this to your consultant when you apply!
