Aspire are looking for an experienced account manager to strengthen our ties with our current clients. You will be responsible for helping clients get the most from Aspire and look for opportunities to grow their accounts.

The Role:

  • Managing partner relationships through face-to-face, phone and email contact
  • Maintaining and developing partner accounts - this is a commercially accountable role, and your KPIs will be linked to the commercial performance of your accounts
  • Issue resolution - acting as a point of escalation for all client-related issues
  • Generate up to date organograms
  • Keep contacts up to date
  • Ensure Aspire is aware of all opportunities within the account
  • Organise and chair regular review meetings
  • Co-ordinate Aspire delivery of services
  • Network within account to the highest level
  • Understand the client's future strategy
  • To implement effective growth plans across all clients in the portfolio
  • Influence talent strategy
  • Submit monthly reports
  • Experience managing relationships with both large and small companies
  • Advise of people moving out of the client to follow as leads

Experience:

  • 2+ years' experience in a client-facing role and ability to forge personal and business relationships, finding a balance between the client and the business' needs
  • Personable and empathetic. You're capable and confident handling delicate
  • Interactions, in person and over the phone
  • Sharp eye for detail and a capacity to prioritise
  • Commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in the staffing industry
