The Role:
* Your role will cover a mix of key account management with existing clients as well as new business development in one of our diverse business sectors.
* Managing the recruitment selection process by effectively liaising with clients, candidates and the internal resourcing team.
* Building up your LinkedIn and social brand to become a specialist and renowned recruiter in the digital sector.
* Developing expertise within your market sector to successfully consult with clients and candidates.

The Candidate:
* Your proven ability to build long term relationships will allow you to liaise with key stakeholders and gain a better understanding of clients' recruitment needs and preferences.
* Previous experience or interest in bringing on new clients through business development, to build up your portfolio.
* Adept time management skills, to understand the importance of the hiring journey and its requirements and ensuring you have a work life balance so that you don't burn out.
