We are Aspire. You are a Marketing Executive. We recruit into the cutting-edge world of digital, media and marketing. You are passionate about email, social and web marketing. We are Agency of the Year 2017. You could be our new Senior Marketing Executive.
We are looking for an experienced digital native, content marketer with a proven track record of working on digital marketing campaigns.

The Role


The Senior Marketing Executive will work closely with the team and Head of Marketing to acquire and retain Aspire's candidates and clients. A key role in the marketing team, you will help to develop the marketing and support the roll-out of marketing campaigns/content across a range of online and offline channels, for example, our website, social media, email, display, SEO, PPC, print and events.
This role will require an understanding of all areas of marketing communications with evidence of writing/editorial experience, E-CRM, social media and cross-channel campaign management.
You will have first-class communication skills, working with the team to maximise the power of the company's 185,000 candidate database and social network. You will be able to excel in a role that is creative and tactical, project-based and diverse.

The role includes:


* Delivering successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels and managing email campaigns, social media and events that support the business' agenda
* Content development and management, including copywriting articles, newsletters, case studies and social media
* Proofreading and copy editing to a high standard to ensure your content and that of the wider team is consistent and coherent
* Identifying opportunities for engagement and timely content production covering current industry affairs/trends aligned to Aspire's target audiences
* Supporting leaders and colleagues in sourcing internal content to showcase industry expertise
* Generate original, creative ideas to package and deliver thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders
If you have experience with Photoshop/InDesign, have a relevant qualification (like one from the CIM), have video production skills or have managed budgets and paid social campaigns before, these would all be desirable but not essential additions to what you would bring to the role.
You will be given autonomy to think creatively and deliver new marketing opportunities to the business and work across content, social, video, events, website, internal and external comms. The person:


* 2 - 4 years' experience in a related role with strong evidence of supporting marketing and communications activities, developing content and managing email campaigns, with an understanding of brand and marketing principles and how they are implemented practically
* Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail, encompassing excellent written English language and grammar and a creative flair with an understanding of storytelling
* Evidence of good time management and prioritisation, delivering on multiple concurrent projects to tight deadlines
* Motivated with a positive attitude and an enthusiasm to take on new challenges and develop new skills, as well as being comfortable interacting with people, and working collaboratively as part of a team
