The Talent Hub Team

If you join us, you'll be working alongside this lovely lot...

Alex Willis - Head Of Talent

After graduating from University with a degree in Surveying, I had no idea that a long and highly enjoyable career in recruitment was around the corner!  I began life as a recruitment consultant, before progressing to more senior roles not only in recruitment consultancy but also within RPO and in-house management positions too.

I lead the talent and resourcing hub in Birmingham.

Outside of work, I am married and have two young sons who are already showing a greater aptitude for football than their dad.

Mumtaz Latif-Khan - Talent Consultant

Having worked in sales during university (and being a born and bred Londoner) I developed a love for the fast life. After graduating in English Literature, I worked in marketing and then pursued a career in teaching – both primary and secondary. What a whirlwind it was! Several years later, I’m moving onto greater challenges in recruitment and developing myself both personally and professionally.

Outside off work, I‘m addicted to spin classes, gradually ticking countries off my bucket list, some call me a bookworm and I run a food and poetry blog!

Jacob Kordan - Talent Consultant

After graduating from Keele University in 2012 I went straight into recruitment, working initially as a consultant in the social housing sector and then moving into the IT contracting market. Following this I worked for one of the UK's major jobs boards as a New Business Account Manager.

I joined Aspire in April 2016 as a Talent Consultant in our new Birmingham based Talent Hub. My job is to focus on finding the best talent and placing that talent in the right position. I believe in offering a consultative and informed approach, highly benefitting both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
